Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn has been an actress for over 20 years. Her most well-known character is Skyler White in the AMC drama Breaking Bad, for which she received the Primetime Emmy Award in 2013 as well as 2014 in the category of Outstanding Supporting actress in an Drama Series. Other roles she has played include Jean Ward in The Practice as well as Martha Bullock from Deadwood. The actress was born in Sante Fe, New Mexico in the year 1968, Anna Gunn fell in love with the art of acting at the Preparatory School she attended before her family relocated to Ohio in the late 1970's. She attended theatre classes in the theatre department at Northwestern University and spent a year at the British American Drama Academy. Anna worked as a theatre actor in the Chicago area for a few years, before attempting her hand at TV and film roles. Anna was the first to get a major role as Arden when Down the Shore aired 29 episodes in 1992. Following her appearance as a Guest Star in several TV Shows and films, such as Seinfeld and NYPD Blue during the 90's She was then given the role of Jean Ward as part of The Practice. The role was played by Martha Bullock in Deadwood for two seasons during the 2000s. Skyler was her role in Breaking Bad. Sully was one of her characters. Gunn also took to the stage starring in the David Schwimmer's production Sex With Strangers. In 2022, Gunn also participated in an audio-play podcast named "Numbered days". The drama of Breaking Bad is determined by the love story with Walter White, his wife Skyler and their difficult relationship. The decline of their relationship is akin to Walter White's final days.
